Day 8

Day 8 - final spurt

I had a very long an intense Skype session with Tobi, on which we implemented the Intervall-Zoom function from your Demo.8 file and combined our work to a close to final version.

Done:

-reworked the code to make it faster 

-implemented the intervall-zoom function

 

- implemented tobis work 

-wrote a code to calculate the time between 2 heartbeats

-wrote a code to calculate the floating average of the NN-Intervalls

-wrote a code that displays the NN-Average for a given Intervall

 

-worked (41h) + 6h  = 47h

Learned:

-double use of variables

-how to calculate NN-Intervalls

- how to implement the zoom

-min / max detection ( to get the borders of the zoom right )

To Do:

-gather signals, point out which one's are working

-control the comments in the code

-calculate the SDANN, display it

-update the documentation

-get patrick and cornelius to do the presentation and textwork since they were not able to write code
